Agile Leadership

I practice Agile with a lowercase "a." This means I'm focused on the core values, not on a rigid set of rules. I keep what helps the team and let go of what doesn't. What works for one team might not work for another, and that's completely okay. As AI transforms software development, I want to use AI to question our established Agile routines and completely rethink how we deliver products. My goal isn't to simply add AI to our Agile practices but to use it as a fundamental part of evolving how we work, communicate, and ship.
